PASSER BY – Rescue Vessel AQUARIUS – 11.03.2018.

The 1977 built GIB flag rescue vessel (NGO Ship) AQUARIUS was spotted at 1721 hrs (1621 UTC) on Sunday 11th March, 2018 passing by 9.8 nautical miles North West off Mgarr Harbour, Gozo bound to Augusta, Sicily with 280 rescued people onboard including 25 unaccompanied minors and 38 solo women onboard of which 62 people were transferred after being rescued by ASSO TRENTA in International Waters. Vessel is bound to disembark the rescued personnel at Augusta, Sicily.
