SALVAGE – ANNA 2005 by BRUCOLI – February 2018.

On Friday 23rd February 2018 the Italian  flag and owned 1974 built tugboat BRUCOLI left Valletta, Malta from Cassar Ship Repair Yard Facilities bound to salvage the 2005 built VCT Flag general cargo ship ANNA 2005 that developed an engine failure while on passage to Pozzallo, Sicily from Russia.

Towage arrived at Augusta, Sicily on Sunday 25th February at 1353 hrs (1253 UTC) and ANNA 2005 was berthed at the Commercial Part as can be seen here below with images taken on Sunday 4th March 2018 –
