AL JURF OIL FIELD Movements – VOS THALASSA at Malta.

The 2012 built ITA flag offshore tug/supply ship VOS THALASSA left Valletta, Malta on Tuesday 14th February 2018 from Mediterranean Maritime Hub (MMH) bound to Al Jurf Oil Field, offshore Libya.

She left Valletta at 2237hrs local time (2137 UTC).

The Al Jurf Oil Field is approximately located 150 kilometres northwest off Tripoli, and is operated by Mabruk Oil Operations (Joint Venture between Total E&P and the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Libya.

Photos above are of VOS THALASSA entering Valletta, Malta and operating with the semi-submersible drilling ship NOBLE HOMER FERRINGTON back to 6th June 2014.
