Another maiden call was done during the month of September 2024 of which the 2009 built Anchor Handling Tug (AHT) CENTAURUS of which she passed breakwaters at 1204 hrs on Friday 27th September.
She was built in Germany under the same name by Mutzelfeldtwerft Nord at Cuxhaven with yard number 259 for the German owners Harms Salvage, Transport and Heavylift GmbH & Co. KG of which in 2018 it was liquidated and all units were sold.
Once she entered Valletta she proceeded to her berth at Parlatorio Wharf, Palumbo Malta Shipyard at French Creek –

On Saturday 28th September, Harbour Pilot was ordered for 1145 hrs to do the Bollard Pull Test with Dock 6 Bullnose Bollard. Bollard Pull is a measure of the pulling power of a vessel, comparable to the horsepower rating of conventional vehicle engines. It can be defined as the thrust that is developed by the propulsion systems of any vessel when it has a zero speed in the forward direction.

She left Valletta bound to Las Spezia, Italy at 1938 hrs.
