Today Tuesday 20th August, 2024 the Civil Protection Department (CPD) responded to a boat fire at Delimara few metres down Delimara Power Station.

Around 1134 hrs the fireboat MANUCCA was scrambled, advising Valletta VTS that she’s leaving her base from Grand Harbour towards Marsaxlokk Harbour.

Fire Tenders were also spotted in the area with the boat name as JEAN MARIE homeported at Valletta (MLT Flag)
