On Thursday 18th November, 2021 the newly cruise liner SILVER DAWN entered Grand Harbour, Malta at 1304 hrs coming from the Fincantieri Shipyard at Ancona, Italy. during her maiden call.





She was handed over to Silversea Cruises 6 days before with Executives from the company and Fincantieri attended an intimate delivery ceremony to welcome the 10th ship to the cruise line’s fleet. SILVER DAWN is the third ship to join Silversea’s fleet since the start of 2020.

SILVER DAWN represents an evolution of luxury cruise travel; she builds on the innovations of her sister ships, SILVER MOON and SILVER MUSE. Both ships were seen in Malta.




Upon her entry she headed to Bighi Bay, to turn and moved astern to her berth at Pinto 4 and 5 wharves, part of Valletta Cruise Port. She left on Friday 19th December at 0228 hrs upon completion of uplifting bunkers bound to Civitavecchia, Italy.
