One of the landing craft type ferry still around is the 1966 built ferry GREEN SALINA

She was built at Bekris & Eleftheropoulos Shipyard at Perama, Greece as AGIOS SOSTIS trading until 1977, then renamed REGIUM for a short time and acquired by Fratelli Costanzo SpA in Catania, Italy and renamed her as PASQUALINA CATANIA trading until June 2010.

Berthed at Mole Levante, Catania back in the 80’s.

Single hull with twin Deutz SBF12M716 12Cylinder Diesel engines with controllable pitch with maximum speed of 10 knots, she was bought and renamed as GREEN SALINA as from 4th September 2010.

Moored at Augusta, Sicily back to 30th January, 2020.
