One of the oldest Libyan fishing vessels at Malta is the 1979 built ALNOGOM ALMODIAA 1. She was built in the Netherlands by Scheepswerft Hakvoort at Monnickendam as the Irish EILEAN CROINE registered in Dublin with IMO number 7816771 and 297 GRT.

She was brought to Malta in December 2006 as CROINE S-238 with another vessel SILVER KING and moored at Coal Wharf next to the Maltese fishing vessel CARMELA formerly CAM SPRITE.

During 2007 she was renamed to AL HADER 3 being repainted to Blue from Red Hull and shifted to Elbros quay (Malta Fishfarming) at Marsaxlokk Harbour as seen in the images below taken on 2nd August –

And on her moorings outside Marsaxlokk Fishport on 5th October 2007 –

And during 2014 she was renamed ALNOGOM ALMODIAA 1 owned by Alnogom Almodiaa Fishing company of Tripoli, Libya.
