One of the two former military bridge erection boat 1691 was used for sometime at Grand Harbour Marina as GHM 1 to assist yachting matters at the Marina in Malta. She was powered by 1 engine with a Schottel rudderpropeller Type 100 with manufacture no as 894 and she was built in 1983.

Above images while she was on her hard at St. Angelo Wharf back to 16th March, 2007.

In 2011 her fate came to an end as she was noticed at Palumbo Malta Shipyard on her hard ready to be demolished as seen in the pictures below made back to 8th July 2011 –

This was the second boat we have seen in Malta of the same class used by the German/Dutch Army for Rivers Bridge Erection and Support. The first one was recorded back in 2005 when the Dutch Film Unit BV owned vessel NORTHELLA ( A former Hull trawler built in 1973 of which was converted as a minesweeper for the Royal Navy at Falklands War in 1982) was being stripped down at Malta before she goes to breakers. She was the former 1364 and was spotted on 18th May, 2005.
