On Thursday 13 th July, 2023 the 2013 built GBR flag Eurocarrier 2611 design multicat C-FENNA entered Grand Harbour, Malta at 1626hrs coming from Fairlie, Scotland meaning that we witnessed 2 Eurocarriers in a week and both as maiden calls.

She was built in the Netherlands by Neptune Shipyard as yard number 423 for Stemat Marine Services, Netherlands as FENNA B of which she was completed on 21st March, 2013.

Since April, 2017 she’s been named as C-FENNA with the Scottish Company – Leask Marine Ltd. Upon her arrival she was berthed at Laboratory Wharf and later on she shifted to Lab South 1 as Lab Wharf was needed for a 218 metre vessel to berth.

She’s 26.48 metres long (loa) with 11.00 metres beam and maximum draft of 3.50 metres. She has the capacity of 34 tons bollard pull and powered by 2 Cummins QSK 38-M – 4 stroke 12cylinder 159 x 159 mm diesel engines.

She left on Saturday 15th July at 0934 hrs bound to Otranto, Italy , arriving on Monday 17th July.
