Saturday 7th September.
The Marine Nationale (French Navy) Loire Class Offshore Support, leading ship of her class FS LOIRE A 602 passed breakwaters at 0912 hrs berthing Deep Water Quay (DWQ) 2.
This is the second French Naval ship to be seen at Valletta with the same name which was commissioned on October 1967 and we saw her on 8th May, 2009 before she decommissioned on 19th May 2009 – FS LOIRE A 615
Monday 9th September.
The Marine Nationale (French Navy) Loire Class Offshore Support FS LOIRE A 602 left Valletta passing breakwaters at 0846 hrs.

Friday 27th September.
The Hellenic Navy Elli Class ( Kortenaer Class) Frigate HS NIKIFOROS FOKAS F 466 ( Φ/Γ Νικηφόρος Φωκάς ) passed breakwaters at 1123 hrs berthing Deep Water Quay (DWQ) 2.
She was the former Royal Netherlands Navy HNLMS BLOYS VAN TRESLONG F 824 which was commissioned on 25th November 1982 and decommissioned during 2003 where she was sold to the Hellenic Navy and was seen in Malta during May 1994.

She was secured port side alongside at DWQ 2 Wharf assisted by 2 local tugs –
