The 2009 built dynamically positioned semi submersible drilling rig (ssdr) MAERSK DISCOVERER was offshore Malta for few hours on Monday 27th July,2020.
She was built in Singapore by KEPPEL FELS and is a Self-Propelled A1 Column Stabilized Drilling Unit. She was assisted by the 2013 built offshore support vessel EDT JANE which entered MMH Facilities at Grand Harbour, Malta on Sunday 26th July and left on Monday 27th July at 0509 hrs.
EDT JANE leaving Aberdeen, Scotland back to 13th July, 2014.
On Monday 27th July both units left our waters and proceeded to West Mediterranean Sea.
