Palumbo Malta Shipyard Ltd are the ship repair facilities situated at Cospicua and previously operated by Malta Shipyards that was taken in June 2010.

On Friday 10th January the 2009 built ITA flag ropax CRUISE EUROPA shifted from Parlatorio Wharf to Dock 6 by 3 local tugs in disabled condition.

She is handled by Sullivan Maritime Ltd – www.sullivanmaritime.com 

On completion of the shifting of the above ropax, it was the turn of the 2010 built MHL flag chemical/oil products tanker ALPINE HIBISCUS to leave after she on Tuesday 6th at 1604 hrs coming from Houston, USA for afloat propeller repairs.

She left Valletta around 1300 hrs bound to Nemrut, Turkey.

Then around 1400 hrs the 1992 built MLT flag cruise liner ZENITH entered Valletta bound to Palumbo Malta Shipyard.

She berthed starboard side alongside at Parlatorio Wharf.
