On Sunday 3rd January, 2021 at 0920 hrs the 2011 built trailing suction hopper dredger (THSD) CONGO RIVER entered Grand Harbour, Malta coming from Salerno, Italy bound to Dock 4.

She was built in the Netherlands by IHC Offshore & Marine at Krimpen Aan Den Ijssel with a 34,674 deadweight. She’s 166 metres long and 38 metres beam while she left Grand Harbour on Thursday 14th January at 1720 hrs bound to Bunkering Area 4 for uplifting bunkers.
