On Monday 9th November, 2020 the 1984 built roro ship MY ROSE entered Grand Harbour, Malta around 1912 hrs berthing at Laboratory Wharf assisted by tugboat SEA SALVOR.
She was built in Danmark by Frederikshavn Shipyard (later Danyard ) as MERCANDIAN DUKE for Mercandia Lines trading until October 1993 when she was sold and renamed CANARIAS EXPRESS trading until September 2013 and since 1st October, 2013 she’s trading as MY ROSE with Turkish owners.

She’s 132 metres long with 19 metres beam and a deadweight (dwt) of 7,200 tons.
