One of the classic yachts that used Bezzina Ship Repair Yard (BSRY) was the 1966 built 36.75 m motor yacht OCEAN LIBERTY with Aluminium Superstructure and Steel Hull.

Designed by the prestigious Camper and Nicholson Shipyard and built by Global Engineering in Cape Town, South Africa, the only yacht built at the yard in 1966 as  RAMPAGER OF MONACO until August 1966, CRINIERA D’ORO until January 2000 of which she was renamed OCEAN LIBERTY homeported at Douglas, Isle of Man (IOM Flag).

With her new owners issuing an an international call, through their management company, to refurbish and complete an overhaul of the classic lady, BSRY was chosen and she sailed to Malta from Monte Carlo to start the project.

In less than 14 months she was completely rebuilt from A-Z and emerged like the below –

She traded as OCEAN LIBERTY until September 2006 where she was sold and renamed as SAVVY until April 2008, REVELATION II and currently still trading as CHANTAL with Norwegian (NOR) Flag.
