Claus Peter Offen Tankschiffreederei (CPO Tankers), formerly the tanker management subsidiary of Offen Group, has been renamed Zeaborn Ship Management Tanker (Zeaborn Tankers) by its new owner Zeaborn Group.
CPO Tankers became part of Zeaborn in June after a deal was announced in May, and has started trading under its new name with effect from November 4.
Zeaborn Tankers will operate as a legally independent company under the brand name Zeaborn Ship Management, which is the entity that Zeaborn has bundled all its ship management activities.
