On Thursday 19th August, 2021 at 1427 hrs the 1998 built chemical/oil products tanker JAL PARI received instructions from Valletta VTS that she can’t heave up anchors after the completion of bunkers due that a court warrant (1253/21) was issued. She was uplifting bunkers at Bunkering Area 4 with the bunkering tanker BALLUTA BAY.
At 1453 hrs bunkering tanker BALLUTA BAY advised Valletta VTS that she was completed. Meanwhile a court marshal aboard the workboat BRAVO 1 was alongside the JAL PARI and the court request was done by Vilavi Union Enterprises Limited through the Courts of Malta.
JAL PARI was built in 1998 by Murakami Hide Shipbuilding at Ikata, Japan with Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (NKK) Class as GOLDEN OCEANIA until 2018 homeported at Panama (PAN) and wearing black hull.
