On Friday 14th November, 2014 the 2000 built Heavy Lift Vessel ANNEGRET entered Grand Harbour, Malta for few hours to discharge the small pleasure yacht JULIA.

She was built by JJ Sietas Schiffswerft at Hamburg, Germany as yard number 1162 with keel laid on 28th February,1996 and launched on 29th January, 2000. She was completed on 18th March, 2000 homeported at St. John’s (ATG flag). She’s 151.66 metres long with a beam of 21.02 metres. While she was entering a HUISMAN crane with other project cargo was spotted.

She was assisted by local tugboat LIENI and berthed at Magazine Wharf part of Valletta Gateway Terminals (VGT).

Upon securing at berth the discharging operation of JULIA started with the yacht leaving the ship and shifted towards Kalkara Marina.

Upon completion of cargo discharging she left Grand Harbour, Malta.
