On Tuesday 7th April, 2020 around 1215 hrs the 2009 built MPP vessel HEERENGRACHT entered Valletta, Malta during her maiden call full of pleasure yachts berthing at Magazine Wharf starboard side alongside to discharge a Sunseeker 95 and Sunseeker Predator 74 pleasure yachts for another Sevenstar Operation.

Interesting that the named vessel with a 12,750 dwt is a former BELUGA and HHL vessel of which earlier in 2019 Spliethoff added more of the former Hansa Heavy Lift (HHL) vessels, expanding her fleet with a total of ten units. She’s been added to H-Type series, now consisting of five vessels in total.

She was built by Jiangzhou Union Shipbuilding at Rui Chang in China as BELUGA FIDELITY homeported at Monrovia in Liberia (LBR) trading until 2011 when she was taken over by Hansa Heavy Lift (HHL) and renamed HHL AMUR. And in earlier 2019 she was renamed with her current name.

The 96 m former HEERENGRACHT ( 1982 -2000) built in 1982 is still trading as FK SARAY.

Commence of Discharging started with the 2019 built Sunseeker 95 – ANNA-LIZA G homeported at Valletta.

She’s 28.06 metre long, beam of 6.55 metres and 2.13 metres draught and powered by twin MTU 12V engines.

Next boat was the 2020 built Sunseeker Predator 94 – EDO homeported at Valletta.

She’s 22.82 metre long, beam of 5.38 metres and 1.83 metres draught and powered by twin MAN 12V engines.

Discharging operation was completed by 1700 hrs and vessel left Valletta bound for Tivat, Montenegro with pilot disembarking at 1845 hrs.
