Last Saturday 23rd May, 2020 the 2007 built semi submersible yacht carrier YACHT EXPRESS entered Grand Harbour once again with 3 units bound for Malta during a Sevenstar Yacht Transport Operation.

She passed breakwaters at 1445 hrs and was secured at Magazine Wharf at 1530 hrs.

At 1610 she was cleared by Port Health Authorities and vessel started submerging procedures of which at 1920 hrs final draft of 12.5 metres was ready with divers out from the water few minutes later around 1928 hrs.

First float out was the 33m fast ferry catamaran HULL 96 named I SEE ONE built by Wight Shipyard at Isle of Wight for Captain Morgan Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of Fortina Investments Ltd at 1945 hrs with Port Logistics Operation (PLO) pilot boat OHIO and TugMalta Ltd 14.06 metres long tug GOZZO at her stern shifting her from the ship to Valletta Cruise Port, Pinto 4/5 wharves.

Meanwhile a Fairline Targa yacht XLOC was floated out too.

The last float out was the 20m fast ferry catamaran HULL 94 named I SEE THREE built by Wight Shipyard at Isle of Wight for Captain Morgan Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of Fortina Investments Ltd at 2105 hrs with the same boats assisting as I SEE ONE shifting her from the ship to Valletta Cruise Port, Pinto 4/5 wharves.

At 2153 hrs the 2015 built Princess 82 yacht HYPNOS started sailing inside the submerged vessel and few minutes later she was in position.

With divers once again in the water around 2210 hrs , de ballasting procedures started again.

By midnight the vessel was dry.

She left the harbour on Sunday 24th May at 0630 bound to Tuzla, Turkey.
