The 2005 built 62 metre long (loa) superyacht PREDICTION was seen in Malta during August/September 2021 for the first time since she was renamed to her current name (November 2020).

She was built by De Vries Scheepsbouw BV at Aalsmeer, Netherlands with yard no 670 launched on 23rd April 2005 after she was ordered in 2003 and commissioned on 26th June, 2005 as the RASSELAS homeported at Georgetown (CYM) Flag. Then in March 2008 she changed flag to Malta (MLT) Flag homeported at Valletta and again in June 2014 at Marshall Islands (MHL) Flag homeported at Bikini. She was seen in Malta at Grand Harbour Marina in 2007 and in 2010.

During June 2014 she was sold and renamed as POSITIVE CARRY trading for 2 years until she was sold again and renamed as NEW HAMPSHIRE with a flag change to the Isle of Man (IOM) Flag homeported at Douglas. During November 2020 she was sold again and renamed to her current name as PREDICTION homeported at Hamilton flying a Bermuda (BMU) Flag.

She’s 62 metres long (loa) with 10.50 metres beam and maximum draught of 3.35 metres. She has a GRT of 1,011 tons while her deadweight (DWT) is of 204 tons. She has 2 x Caterpillar Diesel engines with bow thruster giving her maximum speed of 16 knots and cruising speed of 12.50 knots.

During her stay in the Maltese Islands she was spotted local cruising around and even anchored like the below – Off Blue Grotto, Zurrieq on Saturday 21st August, 2021.

She left Grand Harbour, Malta on Thursday 2nd September at 1526 hrs bound to Gibraltar.
