The second largest yacht built by Sunrise Yachts, Turkey – MOCHAFY22 was seen at Malta of which she entered Valletta on Sunday 4th June at 1754 hrs coming from Naples, Italy and then shifted to Marsamxett Harbour to moor at Manoel Island Marina on Tuesday 6th June.
She was built in Turkey with steel hull and aluminium superstructure and delivered in 2009 as AFRICA trading until April 2011 where she was sold and traded for a month underneath the name of SUNRISE Y and in May 2011 she was renamed as DYNASTY of which she was seen at Malta too, at Grand Harbour Marina as per below images in 2020 –

During November 2022 she was listed for sale with Lukas Stratmann of Ocean Independence Brokers with last refit in 2021 with asking price of €9,900,000 (US $10,642,302)
She’s 44.85 metres long (loa) with a beam of 8.73 metres and a draught of 2.76 m. Yesterday , Thursday 8th June she left Malta around noon bound to Marina Di Ragusa, Sicily.
Of which this morning she was seen berthed by the breakwater of Marina Di Ragusa.
She is powered by 2 MTU engines, which give her a top speed of 15.5 knots and she carries 60,000 litres of fuel on board.
